A: Feel free to come as you are. You do not need to bring anything but yourself! We provide fluffy white towels, wash cloths, showers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & ear plugs. If you want to bring a bathing suit, you may but it is not required.

We do not but we can provide you with a detailed report of services received & receipts that you can submit to your insurance company.


Q: What are your pricing options?

We have several different pricing options. Some of our prices may change & update. Please always ask someone at the desk about pricing, so we can make sure you receive the correct one!


Q: I am going on vacation or need a medical leave from Zen Den, how do I keep my membership without being charged?

To freeze your account, we need 30 days written notice. For Medical leave you may freeze your account for up to 3 months. $25 a month fee will apply after your 3 months.

Q: I have back pain, how does the Pain Clinic work?

Step One: Schedule an Assessment with our pain clinic coordinator, Keri Anderson 781-228-9890. Step Two: Schedule your follow up session; Do your assigned homework.  We will treat you with a spinal reflex screen, visual and balance screen. From there we will release the tightness with muscle release therapy, we will activate the muscles that stopped working and we will correct the muscle firing patterns. With the sensory corrections and mobility corrections, you will feel a difference, relief, immediately!


Q: How do I know what I should choose to do?

Schedule a concierge appointment and sit down with one of our concierge specialists to tailor a wellness program to meet your individual needs.


Q: I have never tried Pilates, why do I have to start with 2 intro sessions.

We want you to familiarize yourself with the equipment. It is a very different workout than anything you’ve done before! Within your two intro sessions, our highly trained instructors give you personal tips for you to keep in mind that help individualize the class for you as well as go over your injury history and goals.
